OutSmart, an independent operations management company, has become a member of the offshore operations team for the Dutch Gemini offshore wind farm.
The company’s responsibilities comprise a range of tasks such as 24/7 services, including HSE and operational activity co-ordination, as well as power off-take services.
OutSmart said that with the latest assignment it is now involved in the operations of 1.150 MW wind assets, 800MW offshore and 350MW onshore.
“We have foreseen this development in the market when we set-up our Operations Management Centre in Emden three years ago,” said Dennis Schiricke , Managing Director of the OutSmart Group.
