Hildegard Müller, currently Chairwoman of the General Executive Management Board and Member of the Executive Board of the German Association of Energy and Water Industries (Bundesverband der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft – BDEW), will join the RWE Group from 1 May 2016.
Müller will take on a role on a board of one of the Group companies as part of the upcoming restructuring activities.

“With her experience and skills, Ms Müller will be a valuable addition to our team and contribute to moving the Group forward, especially during this current restructuring phase,” Terium added.
