Energy industry recruitment specialists RedWave (Aberdeen) Ltd and Omega Subsea UK have formed an alliance to expand their offering of personnel solutions for renewables, oil & gas, and decommissioning sectors.

RedWave and Omega Subsea UK have joined forces to create a ‘preferred partner’ relationship to serve the offshore/onshore renewables, drilling and subsea and subsurface engineering, and decommissioning markets.

Jacqueline van den Akker, Director for Redwave, said; “Taking what we do well and our workforce whom we know and trust into other sectors we ensure continued growth not only for the alliance but opportunities for our personnel and competent support for our clients.”

The alliance between RedWave and Omega Subsea offers project teams for small and mid-sized projects for both E&P and contracting companies.

Services include project management/nomination and set up of management teams, commercial and contractual support, identification and nomination project support services and HSEQ support. The alliance will complement its management services to include manpower planning and placement of resources to support projects.

“In these challenging times within the offshore Oil and Gas industry, we continue to see our services as pivotal to business success and an important component in the employment services supply chain. Companies are greatly benefited by enhancing their resources and utilizing the expertise that we as consultants bring to business with our strong understanding of the market standards, industry patterns and a repository of updated talent pool to augment faster growth of the companies,” Alistair McKee, Managing Director for Omega Subsea, said.
