Van Oord has appointed two new Area Directors as part of the company’s Management Committee, which consists of the Executive Board and the Area and Staff Directors.
Ronald Schinagl, the present Area Director America & Africa, will assume the position of the new Area Director Netherlands from 1 September. He succeeds Jan Schaart who will be retiring at the end of 2016.
Mark Roelofs, the present Area Manager North & Central America, has been appointed Area Director America & Africa from 1 September.
The purpose of the Management Committee is to support decision-making within the Executive Board with regard to strategic issues.
