Dutch company Glomar Offshore and Belgian GEOxyz have signed a strategic partnership agreement.
The companies stated that the new venture will allow both of them to benefit from each other’s strengths, equipment and client base. “Together we will target the Oil and Gas industry and the Renewable Energy sector situated within Europe. Our main objective is to start this venture close to home, with the prospect of hopefully expanding and spreading the available services on a larger global scale.”
The work scope that the new partnership will be able to cover includes: cable and trenching operations, offshore support vessel operations, guard / chase vessel support, survey operations, drone support, ROV operations, diving operations, UXO identification and removal, and Crew Transfer Vessels.
