Severn Offshore Services’ 26-metre Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV), Severn Provider, has completed 5,000 safe passenger transfers since starting her charter at the 288MW Meerwind offshore wind farm in the German part of the North Sea in April 2015.

The Severn Provider is now in her second season of operation for the same client and since her delivery from Damen Shipyards she has offered 100% availability with zero breakdowns and no lost-time-incidents or maintenance affecting the client’s operations.

Severn Offshore’s Managing Director, Ryan Hopkins , said: ”We pride ourselves on offering the safest and most efficient operational performance to our client and by reaching 5,000 safe transfers with no lost time in two seasons, we’re proving that our strong team, great vessel and in-depth management systems work very well together.”
