The WindEnergy Hamburg 2016 will run from September 27 to September 30 in Hamburg’s fairgrounds where over 1,200 exhibitors from 34 countries are expected to present their innovations in the onshore and offshore industry on approximately 65,000 square metres in nine exhibition halls.

Some 16 nations are showcasing their products in national pavilions spanning the globe from China to Denmark.

The trade fair will be a venue for a number of world premieres, including the introduction of newly developed components such as wind turbines, rotor blades, inspection drones, diving robots, as well as services.

Issues such as cost reduction, grid integration and storage solutions for wind energy, digitalisation, and accesssing new wind markets worldwide will also be reflected at the fair. The last day of the fair is reserved for an international ”Recruitment Day”.

The international WindEurope Summit is for the first time being held in parallel with WindEnergy Hamburg. The summit will run from September 27 to September 29 in the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH).
