UK offshore wind companies that are eyeing foreign markets will get a chance to hear more about the growing offshore wind opportunities in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and China from market experts and MHI Vestas on 9 March.
Namely, the offshore wind turbine manufacturer behind the world’s largest and most powerful wind turbine currently on the market – recently installed at Burbo Bank Extension – is joining market experts from the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) in Warrington, UK, where they will hold a free seminar for all offshore wind supply chain businesses from the country looking to gain a better understanding of overseas opportunities.
The seminar will include overviews of projects, timescales and key buyers. In addition, the companies will also find out how to access foreign markets through DIT’s future programme of events and activities aimed at connecting them with potential buyers.
