Tekmar Energy has secured a contract to provide 221 sealed and non-sealed hang-off clamps for an offshore wind project in Scotland.
Tekmar said that the work will be done for a major offshore wind project on the Scottish east coast, but the name has not been disclosed.
According to the UK-based cable protection specialist, this marks Tekmar Energy’s 10th hang-off project in offshore wind representing over 1200 systems supplied.
In the offshore wind sector, Tekmar most recently secured a contract with Van Oord to provide its cable protection system (CPS) TekLink Mechanical Latch for the Windpark Fryslân nearshore wind farm in the Netherlands.
