MarineSpace has been appointed as the lead offshore environmental impact assessment (EIA) and consenting consultants for the 96MW Erebus floating offshore wind project in the Celtic Sea.
MarineSpace will form part of a wider consultancy team, led by Offshore Wind Consultants (OWC) that will deliver an overall package of engineering, electrical, consenting, commercial and HSEQ for the project.
The EIA and consenting aspects of the onshore elements of the proposed project will be led by ITPE Limited , who will work with MarineSpace to deliver a coordinated EIA and consent application.

Total and Simply Blue Energy recently revealed they had established a partnership to develop floating offshore wind projects in the Welsh waters of the Celtic Sea.
The first development is the Erebus demonstration project offshore Pembrokeshire, for which an application has been submitted to the Crown Estate.
The coming phase of work will be coordinated by the team based in MarineSpace’s Pembroke Dock office, supported by its other UK offices.
