Energy consultancy EPI Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Offshore Power LLC to collaborate in the U.S. offshore wind sector.
Under the agreement, the companies plan to combine resources in business development, marketing and delivering their services to the U.S. market.
EPI said it will bring its geophysical, geotechnical, environmental and UXO services and advice together with Ocean Power’s operative in the U.S. offshore renewable energy market.
“At a time when the US offshore wind market has such exciting potential, EPI are very pleased to have the opportunity to be able to demonstrate its skills and expertise while bring value to its clients via this strategic partnership with Offshore Power,” said Andy Smart , EPI CEO.
EPI also joined Offshore Power’s consortium which provides services in the American offshore wind sector.
