BlueFloat Energy and EOLOS have signed a five-year global frame agreement for turn-key floating LiDAR campaign services, with the immediate contract award for eight campaigns.
BlueFloat Energy awarded a supply frame agreement for the delivery and operation of site-specific wind and metocean campaigns to EOLOS Floating Lidar Solutions.
“A move to frame agreements is a reflection of how the market is adapting where developers seek a partnership approach, with technical excellence and agility”, said Julian Harland , Commercial Director for EOLOS.
Madrid-headquartered company has immediately awarded EOLOS contracts for turn-key wind and metocean campaigns for its FLS200 buoy.
First deployments are slated for the beginning of 2023.
In April, EOLOS’s FLS200 LiDAR buoy achieved Stage 3 rating under the Carbon Trust Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA) Roadmap for the Commercial Acceptance of floating LiDAR technology.
