Istrana, owned by Baltic Hub Container Terminal, has two active tenders, according to the company’s website . One is for engineering consultancy services and the other is for the design and construction of the terminal, referred to as Baltic Hub T5 Offshore Wind Terminal Project in Istrana’s documentation.
