Seatrium to Build Heavy Lift Vessel for Japan’s Penta-Ocean Construction

Seatrium has revealed that its subsidiary has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Penta-Ocean Construction (POC) to build a heavy lift vessel to serve the Japanese offshore wind market. Seatrium’s subsidiary signed a LoI with the Japanese company to carry out early engineering work for a 5,000-tonn
